Stephanie Che welcomes her first child

6 Apr - Hong Kong singer-actress Stephanie Che and husband Jonathan have recently welcomed their first child together.

As reported on Mingpao, the 42-year-old announced the good news online with a photo of her newborn, saying, "I am happy to share with you that I have just given birth. He is 8 lbs and 9 oz, and both mother and child are safe."

"Baby Justus is here and wants to say 'Hi!' to everyone. Thank you for your support and encouragement. We are entering another stage," she added.

In a subsequent interview, Stephanie revealed that she gave birth on 28 March, and after going through an arduous process of giving birth to her son naturally, she now has a great respect for mothers.

She also expressed her hope that her fans would also share their own experience and tips about taking care of a baby, since she is new to motherhood.

Stephanie married her Australian husband back in 2013. They announced the pregnancy back in October last year.
