Starface's Newest Hydro-Star Just Landed Earthside

Beloved acne care brand Starface just launched a new set of its popular hydrocolloid star-shaped pimple patches. The "Earth Star" collection comes in four new cute colors: shell, clay, pebble and moonstone. The new launch was designed to "add a moment of self-expression and fun to the every day," according to the launch statement.

The "Earth Stars" first debuted at Luar's Fall/Winter 2024 New York Fashion Week show. They also made a special appearance at Paris Fashion Week, framing the eyes of models at Kiko Kostadinov's show.

For the campaign, the beloved brand partnered with Gen-Z influencer and entrepreneur Devon Lee Carlson and photographer Theo Liu. The result, as you can see here, is totally otherworldly.

The patches are made with "100% hydrocolloid that helps absorb fluid, reduce redness and shrink spots," per the press release. The patches are now available for purchase on the brand's website.

China anchors 'monster ship' in South China Sea, Philippine coast guard says
The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said on Saturday that China's largest coastguard vessel has anchored in Manila's exclusive economic zone (EEZ) in the South China Sea, and is meant to intimidate its smaller Asian neighbour. The China coastguard's 165-meter 'monster ship' entered Manila's 200-nautical mile EEZ on July 2, spokesperson for the PCG Jay Tarriela told a news forum.
