The Ssense Girlies Can Now Be Ssense Brides
On Thursday, Ssense — arguably fashion industry insiders' favorite retailer — launched its first bridal capsule collection, featuring exclusive designs for the soon-to-be wed, ranging in vibe from romantic classic to an alternative masterpiece.
Ssense's take on bridal has everything from actual wedding dresses to day-of accessories (a Simone Rocha white lace veil!), plus a sampling of non-traditional picks to make your big day unlike anyone else's. The retailer tapped beloved labels like Chopova Lowena, Sandy Liang and Sophie Buhai to create pieces for this edit. (Chopova Lowena reimagines its signature shapes with lace and silver tinsel flower taffeta; Sandy Liang maintains its playfully flirty core with a white bow adorning a mini dress and an equally wistful bag; Sophie Buhai's light blue hair accessories and pearl jewelry nod to a bride's "something blue".) In addition to these only-on-Ssense products, there's also an assortment of nuptial-ready clothing and accessories from top designers such as Vivienne Westwood, The Row and Jacquemus.
