Well, folks, you can abandon all hope of Lupe Fiasco and Kid Cudi mending fences anytime soon. In a(nother) Twitter storm, the Fiasco made it clear that his disdain for Cudi is very much alive and well.

For the uninitiated, the two rappers have been rivals since 2015. It all started when Cudi commented on a fight between Fiasco and Azelia Banks. At the time Cudi wrote, "Dear Black artist, don’t talk down on the Black community like you are Gods gift to n****z everywhere. If you wanna help, inspire, uplift, don’t point the blame and talk down." Fiasco's response? "The Show Goes On" rapper swiftly told Cudi to "shut up." He also said, "How about you stop shitting on the people who really cared about your well being when this biz was ripping you apart. Fake ass @KidCudi."

In the years since, Fiasco has taken every chance to remind the world of how much he hates Cudi. When a fan called Cudi a "GOAT," Fiasco said, "Oh, he a goat but he a bitch." And when Will Smith slapped Chris Rock, Fiasco tweeted, referring to the actor and comedian, "I hope they can find some time to come to terms with what happened, reconcile, and move on. But it's still Fuck Cudi 4 Life."

On December 24th, a Twitter user, probably moved by the season of good will, asked if Fiasco was willing to put the feud to rest. "We see some of the young guys saying, 'Stop the violence and squashing beef that had bloodshed,'" they wrote on the platform. "You & Cudi possibly somewhere down the line next?" Fiasco tweeted back, "Never. Fuck him 4 life." Later, Fiasco added, “Outside of his musical genius, fame and success, Cudi is a really sneaky punk bitch ass bitch...it’s not even that controversial or spicy of a take. His personal resume outside the spotlight is trash." Fiasco's fiery responses have been deleted, but as usual, the Internet never forgets.

Kid Cudi, for his part, has been mum on the subject for years. Why? The man has better things to do.

So, there you have it. Time apparently doesn’t heal all wounds—at least not when they're this salty.
