Sophia Albarakbah not ready for new romance

22 Sep – She might be single again, but Sophia Albarakbah is not planning to start a new relationship anytime soon.

The actress, who recently admitted to have broken up with her doctor boyfriend, told the media that she is not thinking about romance for the time being, but to focus on healing and getting back to her career.

"I am now a hundred percent focus on myself and my work... It's not that I am heartbroken, but I am just not ready to date," she said, adding that she has been approached by many suitors.

"Breakups are nothing fun. I don't want to go through that again. It was very hard," she added.

In a previous interview, the actress couldn't help but cry when asked about her breakup, saying that it was still hard for her to manage.

Sophia is currently focusing on her new project, the Viu Original rom-com series, "From Saga With Love". The drama co-stars Siti Khadijah Halim, Ikmal Amry dan Fimie Don.

The actress wants to focus on her career for now
