Song Joong-Ki welcomes first son
15 Jun – Song Joong-Ki is now a father.
The Korean star shared the news via a letter to his official fancafe, saying that wife Katy Louise Saunders has given birth to their son in her hometown Rome.
"It's a healthy son, and both the baby and his mother are in a very good health. As we welcomed him in good health and happiness, I am taking care of my family with joy and grateful heart," he expressed.
Song also promised to return to fans with a new project.
Together with the letter is a photo of his baby's tiny little hands.
It is noted that the actor was recently in Cannes to promote his new movie, "Hopeless". He has also wrapped up filming his upcoming film, "My Name is Loh Kiwan" in Hungary.
Song and his British actress wife announced their marriage at the beginning of the year.
