Siti Sarah and husband Shuib slapped with compounds for violating SOP

14 Feb –Singer Siti Sarah Raissuddin recently admitted that she and her husband Shuib, real name Shahmira Muhamad, faced a number of obstacles in their journey to Kelantan for the opening of the new outlets of their beverage business, Bubble Bee.

On 13 February, the singer posted a photo of a car that had skidded off the road, revealing that the vehicle belonged to one of their staff, who accidentally went off to the side due to the wet and slippery road.

"I was shocked when I heard the news, but praise be to Allah that they did not sustain any major injuries," she added.

Sarah stated that the accident was only one of the issues they faced on their way to Kubang Kerian and Kota Bharu, saying that they were also slapped with a RM1,000 compound each after stopping in Kuala Lipis to have lunch with the team at a restaurant. They did not adhere to the two-person per table rule.

"We were tested yet again. We are very sorry for this. This will be a lesson for us and hopefully to all to always abide by the SOP," she wrote.

It is noted that the singer and her team had proceeded with the interstate travel only after having obtained the authorities' approval to do so.

Nonetheless, the singer can now breathe a sigh of relief, as the two outlets of Bubble Bee are now officially launched.

She expressed, "Yes, there were a lot of challenges, but it didn't break our spirits. The most important thing is to learn our lessons and to follow the rules set by the government together, okay?"
