Shuib announces engagement to Watie Hanifiah

8 May - Comedian-turned-radio personality Shuib has recently announced that he is engaged to be married again to businesswoman Watie Hanifiah.

Sharing the good news on Instagram Story on 6 May, the comedian, real name Shahmira Muhammad, revealed, "Today, on 6 May 2023, praise be to God, I just got engaged to Watie."

"I hope that you can bless us so that everything is made to ease, pray good things for us, okay?" he added.

Shuib also shared several photos from the wedding, including one of him and Watie, both clad in light green, during the engagement event.

It was last month that Shuib admitted that he will marry Watie, nearly two years after he lost wife Siti Sarah Raisuddin, who passed away in August due to COVID-19. The two have four children together, including Ayash Affan, the latter who was born prior to Sarah's passing.
