Show Luo announces departure from fashion brand STAGE
20 Feb – Taiwanese pop star Show Luo recently announced that he is taking himself out of STAGE - the fashion brand he co-owned for the past 12 years.
As reported on Epoch Times, Show surprised fans with the news on social media on 18 February, writing, "Thank you for all the years of support and encouragement that you have given me and STAGE. I am very proud to see how far we've come. However, due to differences in future plans, I will be exiting STAGE from today onwards."
He also revealed that he will trust his "brother" and co-founder Zhang Zi-wen and managing director Chen You-hui to continue developing the brand.
"I hope that all of you will continue supporting STAGE," he added.
STAGE also issued a statement on Facebook the same night, thanking Show for his years of effort. They confirmed that with the company undergoing transformation and Show having another career plan, he decided to completely withdraw from the whole business.
