Shila Amzah wants privacy for her family
5 Apr - Shila Amzah is asking for some privacy for her family, amid reports of her parents' marital woe and dad ND Lala's alleged second marriage.
In a statement released by her management, Greyscale Australia, manager Darren Kong stated that their position regarding the speculations about the singer's personal matters remains neutral.
"As Shila's manager and long-term friend to her and her family, I urge everyone to respect their privacy. I believe that the most constructive support we can offer is time and space for the family to overcome life's challenges."
Darren stated that Shila's life mission is for the well-being of her son Seth and maintaining a good work-life balance, as well as focusing on her upcoming world tour.
"Greyscale Australia is offering our greatest support to her without fail, and I extend my blessings to the family for overcoming these challenging times," he added.
It was earlier this week that Shila's mother Fauziah Sarman was seen at the Lower Shariah Court in Hulu Langat to file for divorce from ND Lala (real name Amir Amzah bin Salleh), not long after she posted a photo of a woman named Siti Munirah Abd Ghani on her social media account - accusing the woman of being a homewrecker.
The said woman, it was reported, was a former classmate of Shila herself.
