Shiga Lin denies owing landlord three months of rent
9 Jan – Hong Kong singer Shiga Lin has denied rumours that she has failed to pay three months of rent to her landlord that is amounted to HKD 135,000.
As reported on Mingpao, sources recently claimed that the singer, who is currently residing in a luxury apartment in Beacon Hill, Kowloon, started renting the place when she was still dating mahjong prince Anthony Shi.
Although the two of them broke up last year and Anthony went on to date Charlene Choi, Shiga and her mother reportedly continued to reside in the area despite it being too expensive for her.
However, when asked about it recently, Shiga's rep dismissed the rumours, saying that it is nothing but a fabricated report. Shiga stated that she has never failed to pay her rent, although she has plans to move to another place.
She also denied that Anthony had anything to do with her residential situation, saying that no third party was involved in her decision to rent the place in the first place.
