Sheren Tang denies she ignored Charmaine Sheh
30 Oct – Hong Kong actress Sheren Tang recently addressed Charmaine Sheh's previous interview about being ignored by a certain actress, saying that she is not the person in question.
As reported on Mingpao, Charmaine recently sat down with TV personality Chen Luyu, where she addressed several rumours - including one about her supposed rift with Sheren.
Although she clarified that she doesn't have any issues with Sheren, the actress revealed an incident with a Best Actress nominee whom she said gave her a cold shoulder when she was trying to have some interaction. However, Charmaine declined to name the said actress.
Despite her earlier clarification, netizens continue to speculate that Charmaine was talking about Sheren, whom she worked with on the TVB series, "Beauty at War".
When asked whether she had ever rolled her eyes at Charmaine, Sheren, who appeared at an event recently, seemed a bit taken aback by the question.
"Let me share this with you. I have astigmatism. I can't really see clearly. So in the future if you see that I am not greeting you, please be reminded that I can't really see that well," she said.
At the same time, the actress also dismissed the idea that she and Charmaine Sheh are in conflict with each other.
"We are a part of the same alumni. We may have not worked together for many years, but we would interact through our alumni events. We're not that close, but we have a senior-junior relationship. So I am sure the person who rolled her eyes at Charmaine is not me," she added.
