Porridge stall 'The Famous Zhou' by Chew Chor Meng and Dennis Chew opens
Mediacorp celebrities Chew Chor Meng and Dennis Chew recently opened a porridge stall located at Tian Tian Lai Coffeeshop at Ang Mo Kio Block 421.
The stall is named ‘The Famous Zhou’ or ‘Zhou Chu Ming’ in Mandarin Chinese, which is also a pun on Chew Chor Meng’s name.
There are eight different types of porridge available at the stall, with interesting names such as ‘Mermaid Chok’ and ‘Are you a Sotong Chok’.
The price of the porridge ranges from $3.50 to $5, and you can also add an egg for 50 cents, you tiao for 80 cents, and extra meat from $1.
The Famous Zhou opens daily from 8am to 4pm, except on Tuesdays.
