SINGAPORE – Sentosa Grillfest 2020 returns with its inaugural home edition, bringing more than 80 dishes from burgers and grilled platters to creative takes on familiar foods such as Seafood Laksa Linguine, Steamed Cheong Fun with Grilled Beef in Mala Sauce, and more.

Marking the first signature event in Sentosa ever since the end of Singapore’s Circuit Breaker, Sentosa Grillfest 2020 will feature exclusive dishes for dine-in in restaurants at Sentosa as well as island-wide delivery.

Taking place every Thursday to Sunday from now to 22 November, the event had also partnered with the Singapore Chefs’ Association (SCA) for the first time ever. SCA will offer 14 gastronomical creations from Singapore’s top chefs, exclusively conceptualised for this event.

Led by Eric Neo, President of SCA and Executive Chef for InterContinental Singapore, the chefs will be serving up exciting takes on familiar local and Asian cuisine available exclusively on home delivery. Guests can try the Burnt Bee Hoon with Grilled Prawn and Egg White Gravy (S$18), Seafood Laksa Linguine (S$18), Steamed Cheong Fun with Grilled Beef in Mala Sauce (S$12), and Singapore Chilli Crab Claw (S$22) from the comfort of their own homes.
