Sean Lau to begin filming new action movie

22 Apr - There is no post-award break for the recently-crowned HKFA Best Actor Sean Lau, as he revealed that he will be working on a Benny Chan action movie next month.

According to Oriental Daily News, the actor, who won the award for his role in "Overheard 3" recently, said that the new action movie, the title which has yet to be revealed, will also be choreographed by Sammo Hung.

"I have never worked on a film with Sammo as the action director. This time around, the chance has finally presented itself," he said, adding that it has been quite a while since he worked in a thoroughly action film.

The new movie will also star Taiwanese star Eddie Peng and Chinese martial arts actor Wu Jing.
