Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver: Exclusive 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' Posters!
Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are so bad they’re good in these exclusive Avengers: Age of Ultron character posters.
Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen), who becomes the Scarlet Witch, appears in her new poster looking contemplative while flaunting her reality-warping superpowers. Meanwhile, her brother, Pietro Maximoff (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), better known as Quicksilver, seems pretty intent on fulfilling his need for speed. (Notice looming dark figures that appear behind both of them).

Needless to say the mutant brother-sister duo, known as “The Twins,” are in the Avengers sequel to shake things up. As we detailed when trailer No. 3 came out, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch appear to be working for Ultron (James Spader) to wreak some mighty havoc on our heroes, before ultimately joining the Avengers. The flip-flopping would be consistent with their comic origins.
The big question is, how long will the Twins stick by Ultron and his drones and how destructive will they be to the Avengers before they wise up and change sides?
We’ll have to wait until May 1 when Avengers: Age of Ultron comes out!
