Sarah Nicole Landry is "reversing" negative thought patterns about her body.

On Sunday, the Canadian body positivity advocate, 38, took to Instagram to share a slow-motion video of herself walking in a teal, high-waisted bikini from Canadian brand Knix, paired with a powerful message about self-acceptance.

The Instagram Reel included an audio clip by "Stranger Than Fiction" actress Emma Thompson, speaking on "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert" about why there's "no point" in judging her own body image.

"What would you say to that 14-year-old who started to hate their thighs?" Colbert asked Thompson, to which she replied, "Don't waste your time."

"Don't waste your life's purpose worrying about your body. This is your vessel — it's your house, it's where you live," she continued. "There's no point in judging it. Absolutely no point."

Landry, who is also known as The Birds Papaya, admitted in the caption that while she hasn't entirely stopped judging her body, she is actively working to diminish her negative thoughts and "it's working."

"I’ll be honest, I am still 'wasting time' on these thoughts," she penned. "But my goodness, am I working to reverse out of them, or age out of them — or level up to Emma Thompson out of them, and it’s working."

In the comments, fans praised the mom-of-four for her inspiring post.

"Such an important message. This is our vessel, our protective cover, and damn are we lucky to have it," an Instagram user wrote, while another added, "I’m working hard too. And you inspire me every day to keep going!"

Another fan shared: "I’ve been having anxiety thinking about my thighs. Thank you I really needed this thank you."

"I love this. Thank you for showing up for women and girls every f—-ing time," someone else wrote.

"Thank you for posting this! No matter how hard I work, I hate my fat arms and legs. I admire your confidence and bravery," commented another.

Last week, Landry dubbed herself a "stretch-marked bikini model," in another body-positive video modelling Knix swimwear.

"Thirty-eight, mom-of-four, cellulite, stretch-marked bikini freaking model," she penned for her more than 2.2 million followers. "I arrived here on a plane, but I got here by removing the limiting beliefs I had about who qualified for that title."

"Grateful for swimwear that makes you feel your best, supported and styled."
