Sammie Rimando admits breakup with Arjo Atayde
15 Nov – Sammie Rimando finally broke her silence about her relationship with actor Arjo Atayde, saying that it happened a while ago.
As reported on PEP, the GirlTrends member, who spoke about it for the first time since Atayde's romance rumours with Kapuso star Maine Mendoza made the news, shared that the breakup was a mutual decision between the two of them.
"It's for the better. We decided that, as of today, I would focus on my career. I am happy for him too. He has been getting a lot of projects," she said.
Rimando also stressed that the two of them are still friends despite their breakup, and that she will continue to give her support for the actor.
However, the performer declined to make any comments regarding Atayde's rumoured relationship with Mendoza.
