Sam Hui welcomes his first granddaughter
31 Jan – Hong Kong singer-songwriter Sam Hui is elated to have welcomed another grandchild.
As reported on Mingpao, the news was shared by their filmmaker son Scott Hui, who shared a photo of Sam and wife with his newborn, Leah.
He wrote, "Thank you all for the sweet messages. We've been so busy and the hospital is under super strict rules, no kids allowed, only 2 people can visit at a time, but the good news is Leah is doing great!"
"Grandma and grandpa got to visit her too and her Chinese name is [Hui Tsz San] and yes I have my shotgun prepped and feel sorry for the boy who will date her already," Scott added.
This is Sam's first granddaughter. It is noted that Scott and his wife already have an eight-year-old son, Tyler.
