Ryo Hashimoto to star in MBS series, "Tsuiraku JK to Haijin Kyoushi"
17 Mar – HiHi Jets' Ryo Hashimoto is starring in the upcoming MBS series "Tsuiraku JK to Haijin Kyoushi".
The singer will be playing the role of Jin Haiba, with Akari Takaishi to play the character of student Mikoto Ochiai in the live-action adaptation of the manga of the same name.
Speaking about his character, Ryo stated, "He's a teacher who is a bit unorthodox, but if you know him, you'll definitely fall in love with him. He's a character full of charm. I hope you enjoy it."
The original manga, created by sora, is a romance story between a teacher and his student, whose suicide he successfully prevented by suggesting that she tries a relationship with him before dying.
The series is directed by Moon Sung-Ho and Takahasi Natsuki, with script by Ayumi Shimo.
