Ruhainies threatens legal action over fake engagement invite

26 Jun – Ruhainies recently stated that she has no qualms about taking legal action against those who made up false stories about her supposedly getting engaged with Aliff Aziz this coming 29 June.

On 24 June, the actress released a series of Instagram Stories, where she screenshot an Instagram account of a digital card maker, and threatened the user for falsifying an invitation card.

"To this page, I will make sure you will pay for it. It will be a lesson for other companies as well who have been making up stories for the sake of getting more followers. I have kept my mouth shut for too long," she posted.

She also reminded other netizens to not immediately believe anything they see on social media and get involved in slander.

In another post, Ruhainies asked her followers to share with her any more individuals or pages that are making up stories about her.

"It might be me today, but maybe next time, it will be someone you love. I would also hope that people will report these Instagram and TikTok accounts. Thank you and may Allah bless all of you," she added.
