Rufa Mae Quinto finally confirms pregnancy

25 Aug - Three weeks after her good friend made a slip-up about her pregnancy, actress-comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto finally admitted that she is indeed pregnant with her first baby.

As reported on PEP News, the actress recently confirmed the news through her Instagram, thanking fans and friends for the next chapter of her life, saying, "I hope the prayers will give me strength; body, mind, and soul and that happiness continues forever."

"I am excited even when I gained weight," enthused Quinto, adding that she is trying to focus on the baby instead of herself for the time being.

Quinto also tagged the date 25 November 2016, which is believed to be her due date.

She is currently engaged to boyfriend Trev Magallanes.

Good friend Grace Lee previously made a mistake of revealing Quinto's pregnancy online when she posted a photo of a meal with the actress and wrote, "Nothing better on this rainy afternoon than pigging out with this glowing pregnant lady."

She later edited the post and omitted the word 'pregnant' following congratulatory remarks from fans.
