Ruco Chan stars in Lau Ka Ho's "Sinister Beings"

2 Jan – TVB actor Ruco Chan is set to play the lead in the new TVB series, "Sinister Beings".

In a press conference held to announce the new project, it was revealed that the actor will play a police officer who teams up with a Senior Inspector of Police in the Organized Crime and Triad Bureau (OCTB) - played by Ben Wong - to solve cases together.

The series, which will have the theme of law and suspense, will be produced by Lau Ka Ho ("The Man Who Kills Troubles") and co-stars Rosina Lam and Crystal Fung.

It also marks Ruco's fourth collaboration with Rosina after "Outbound Love", "Eye in the Sky", and "Burning Hands", as well as his second time working with Moon Lau and Jonathan Cheung after "A Fist Within Four Walls".

The upcoming project will be shooting at several locations around Thailand and is tentatively scheduled to wrap up in February.
