Roxanne Tong doesn't mind being second choice
13 May – TVB actress Roxanne Tong recently admitted that she has no qualms being the second choice for the TVB drama, "Forensic Heroes IV", after it was announced that she is replacing Jacqueline Wong, who was removed from the finished drama due to her scandal with singer Andy Hui.
As reported on On CC, the actress, who spoke to the media about her involvement in the reshoots this coming June, said that she will take all the opportunities that the company is willing to give her.
"Being offered a good role is already a benefit to me. I won't pay too much attention about other things," she said.
When asked about producer Mui Siu Ching's requirement for her to lose ten pounds, Roxanne said that she is not pressured by it at all.
"My weight always fluctuates. Sometimes I get too skinny and at times I gain some weight. Losing weight is not an issue. All I have to do is to control my diet and do some exercises," she said.
As for now, Roxanne said that she will be watching the previous instalment for research.
"Most of my scenes will be filmed with Raymond Wong. This would be our first collaboration," she added.
