Roxanne Tong defends Jeannie Chan over third party rumour
16 Mar – Roxanne Tong has recently defended fellow actress Jeannie Chan over allegations that the latter was the third party in her relationship with Joey Law.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress who appeared at an event following her breakup announcement, shared that there is no truth to rumours that Jeannie and Joey have been seeing each other - a rumour that sparked after the two of them were seen having a meal together.
"Everybody knows we are all good friends. Jeannie even approached me in the dressing room on the day the tabloids reported about the issue. [I told her] there is no need to respond," she said.
Roxanne also revealed that she is still healing from her breakup, and is not interested in a new romance at the moment.
When asked what kind of man would she like to be with, the actress stated that she would like to be with someone who is stable, mature, and attentive.
