Robin Padilla's only son ties the knot in Australia
20 Nov – After welcoming another daughter recently, Robin Padilla is happy to share that he has also added another member to the Padilla clan in the likes of son Ali's bride, Hannah.
As reported on Pika Daily, the actor shared the good news on Instagram with photos from the wedding - which he wasn't able to attend in order to accompany wife Mariel Rodriguez in the hospital to welcome their newborn, Maria Gabriela.
He wrote, "I'm happy my son, you have found your love that can bring you more closer to the one and only Creator. Fortunately, you found your true love in such young age. With this good fortune comes raging enthusiasm which you must temper with patience for nothing happens overnight in our youth. "Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thine heart, and in the sight of thine eyes: but know thou, that for all these things God will bring thee into judgment."
According to sources, 18-year-old Ali married Hannah in a simple but intimate beach wedding in Australia.
Padilla's daughter Queenie also took to social media to congratulate her said baby brother, writing, "To my one and only baby brother, it breaks my heart that I couldn't be there for you on your big day! Sometimes the bitterness of the reality of life can get in the way. But I want you to know that I've always been with you in spirit. I'm proud of the gentleman that you've become and I wish you both a lifetime of love and happiness. I love you and I miss you terribly."
"But I am confident and I know in my heart that you'll be a wonderful husband to Hannah. It is my greatest wish that she'll be a wonderful wife to you in return, for you deserve the purest love. It's difficult to let you go but I love you to the moon and back and I'll always support your decisions. May God pour out his mercy and blessings upon you always," she added.
Ali is Padilla's only son with ex-wife Liezl Sicangco, who also gave him three daughters including actress Kylie Padilla and Zhen-Zhen Padilla.
