Rita Ora Wore a Naked Dress With a Neckline So High, It Doubled as a Face Mask

The ultimate fashion oxymoron.

This past year, Rita Ora has sealed her status as the queen of naked dressing — even surpassing O.G. naked dressers Emily Ratajkowski and Megan Fox with looks that have included a nipple-baring black lace gown, a dress that was essentially just lingerie, and a sheer top paired with see-through pants. But at British Vogue's Forces For Change party in London this week, Ora wore a gown that belonged in the naked dress hall of fame.

At the event, the singer walked the red carpet in a sheer design by David Koma that was constructed entirely from black mesh fabric. The dress featured a cluster of 3D floral appliqués that strategically covered her bare chest, a thigh-high slit down the center, and an avant-garde face piece. Despite the gown's overt nakedness, it included the surprisingly conservative element of an ultra-high neckline that fully covered her mouth and nose while spotlighting her sultry smoky eyes.

The mask-like accessory wrapped around the back of Rita's head, partially covering her long, wavy blonde hair that was effortlessly styled in a French braid. She finished off her look with black strappy sandals, a black clutch embellished with silver sequins, and a nude thong that was visible from behind.

During the annual bash, Rita celebrated activist Munroe Bergdorf, actress Gemma Chan, musician Little Simz, and Lioness goalkeeper Mary Earps, who were all honored with the year's most essential change-maker title by British Vogue's editor Edward Ennius and Condé Nast Britain's chief business officer Vanessa Kingori.
