Rihanna Rocks an Elevated Errands Look Wearing a Fur Coat and the Ugg x Palace Tasman Mule Slippers While Out in NYC
Rihanna is still in New York City. The global star has been seen out and about in the city wearing look after look over the holidays. On Thursday, she was seen wearing a brown fur coat, oversized blue jeans, a Bottega Veneta black handbag and thick rimmed glasses.
For shoes, the street style star wore a pair of fancy slippers. Specifically they were a 2024 collaboration between the UK skate label Palace and Ugg. The silhouette is Palace’s classic Tasman slipper which is a mule style. The shoe is lined in shearling and features a suede upper. The upper features vibrant embroidery of a tiger and a mountain on one side and a dragon on another. Palace branding is also embroidered on the shoe.

Rihanna Proves Outfit Repeating is Chic by Re-Wearing Bottega Veneta Haddock Boots in New York
This particular style was dropped in December 2024 and is available for $368. It is part of a larger link up between Palace and Ugg as the pair had first joined together in March 2023. Other drops came in November 2023 (which featured animals like a frog and duck as embroidered patches) and October 2023 (which featured wavy, layered paneling.)
It’s only the latest boot that Rihanna has pulled out on her New York trip. On two other occasions when the Bajan singer was spotted out and about she was wearing a pair of Bottega Veneta Haddock boots. That suede style was her choice to wear on December 28 as well as December 30.
It all underscores the Fenty Beauty founder’s status as a street style god. Over the years she’s shown the breadth of her shoe closet which ranges from a pony hair Fenty X Puma Avanti sneaker to glamorous Gianvito Rossi Montecarlo sandals.
