24 Mar – Renowned screenwriter Ricky Lee is set to hold a free online scriptwriting workshop during the Luzon lockdown.
The news was shared by Cinema Centenario on its official Facebook page on 22 March, stating that the workshop will be held on 8, 15, and 22 April.
According to the post, to join, you must be at least 18-years-old and a Filipino citizen. Only the first 50 participants will be accepted to join the said workshop.
It is noted that Lee's workshop has been one of the most sought after writing workshops in the Philippines, with celebrities like Bea Alonzo, Isabelle de Leon, and Kean Cipriano joining in the past.
Bela Padilla has also wrote her first movie, "Last Night" starring Toni Gonzaga after taking a class with Lee, who has helmed the scripts for movies like "Culion" and "Servando Magdamag".
