The Oregon Treehouse Getaway was one of TikTok's favorite Airbnb's of 2024.Sometimes, you just need a low-key getaway where any destination and any accommodation will do. We get it and we've been there. But sometimes, you need to go to a place so over-the-top that you can't stop talking about it for months on end — and that's exactly what you'll find at the Oregon Tree House Getaway.
In January, Airbnb revealed its list of the most beloved Airbnbs on TikTok in 2024, which the company measured based on metrics such as the number of views, likes, shares, and comments that properties racked up. Accommodations ranged from a shipping container cabin to a Texas country estate, but perhaps one of the most eye-catching options was the Oregon Tree House Getaway, located in the small town of Dallas, Oregon.
"Guests can be one with nature at this cozy tree house oasis and wake up surrounded by greenery," Airbnb said in a press release obtained by Travel + Leisure. " ... This retreat offers complete relaxation, with amenities like a peaceful pond overlook, an outdoor balcony fireplace, and beautiful windows bringing in natural light that invite guests to unplug and recharge."
According to the listing, the light-filled home can accommodate up to four guests with two floor mattresses and two sofa beds. However, the space could easily work as a couple's retreat or solo adventure destination.
Visitors will also find a full bathroom and a surprisingly large kitchen area that includes a large fridge and range, making it easy to cook up a feast in the middle of nowhere. The real star of the show, however, is the deck, which offers two cozy seats around a fire pit and panoramic views of the forest and nearby pond.

We enjoyed sitting outside watching the stars and the moon. Very cozy, and [our] kids liked this special experience," one reviewer wrote.
But the Oregon Tree House Getaway wasn't the only home to make Airbnb's list. Other noteworthy, viral properties include the Private Modern Tree House on Highland Farm in Chilliwack, Canada, the Ellwood Box Hop in Rockbridge, Ohio, and the Casa en Mérida Centro in Mérida, Mexico — so, no matter where you want to go in the world, there's likely a TikTok-perfect stay nearby.
