Regine Velasquez to return to the big screen?
2 Sep – It looks like Regine Velasquez will be returning to the big screen soon.
As reported on ABS-CBN, the news was revealed by Cinema One Originals on Twitter, as the film group shared a couple of photos of the Asia Songbird on set of a new movie.
The caption read, "It's a bird, it's a plane... it's Regine Velasquez-Alcasid! Yours Truly, Shirley, coming this November 2019."
Cinema One Originals previously announced the project in March, saying that "Yours Truly, Shirley" tells the story of a 50-year-old widow, who believes that the young pop star is the reincarnation of her dead husband.
Velasquez's last movie was the 2016 indie flick, "Mrs. Recto".
