Regine Velasquez is officially "Magandang Buhay" host
9 Aug - Regine Velasquez is now officially a member of morning talk show, "Magandang Buhay".
The singer, who replaces Karla Estrada after the latter left the show earlier, stated that she is quite nervous being a permanent part of the programme, despite already appearing on the show several times.
"I am very excited but I am just a little nervous. I don't know why but maybe because when you become a host, there's a certain responsibility. But I am happy, I am very, very happy to be part finally of Magandang Buhay," she said.
At the same time, Regine also thanked Karla for her many years on the show, six years to be exact.
In addition to making her first appearance as a regular host, the singer also performed the new version of Magandang Buhay's theme song alongside co-hosts Melai Cantiveros and Jolina Magdangal.
