Ratings: ‘The Bachelor’s’ Hometown Dates Episode Scores Season Highs

Who says you can’t go home? Not “The Bachelor.” The ABC reality dating show scored season highs with its hometown dates round on Monday.

NBC enjoyed a nice boost from an “American Ninja Warrior: All-Stars” special, which fared far better than last week’s soft “Celebrity Apprentice” season finale. The broadcaster tied CBS for second place in the key 18-49 demo. The Leslie Moonves-led network finished first in total viewers throughout primetime.

ABC was first in ratings with a 1.9 rating/6 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and second in total viewers with an average of 6.1 million, according to preliminary numbers. “The Bachelor” at 8 p.m. scored a 2.5/8 and 7.9 million viewers. “Quantico” at 9 managed a 0.7/2 and 2.6 million viewers.

CBS and NBC tied for second in ratings with a 1.2/4. CBS was first in total viewers with 6.8 million, NBC was third with 4.6 million.

For CBS, “Kevin Can Wait” at 8 had a 1.4/5 and 7.3 million viewers. At 8:30, “Man With a Plan” got a 1.3/4 and 6.7 million viewers. “Superior Donuts” at 9 received a 1.2/4 and 6.7 million viewers. At 9:30, “2 Broke Girls” garnered a 1.2/4 and 5.8 million viewers. “Scorpion” at 10 closed prime with a 1.2/4 and 7.1 million viewers.

For NBC, the “American Ninja Warrior” special at 8 landed a 1.4/5 and 5.2 million viewers. The “Timeless” season finale at 10 put up a 0.9/3 and 3.3 million viewers.

Fox was fourth in ratings with a 0.9/3 and in viewers with 4.1 million. At 8, “24: Legacy” had a 1.0/4 and 4.4 million viewers. “APB” at 9 slipped to a 0.8/3 and 3.8 million viewers.

Univision was fifth in ratings with a 0.7/2 and in viewers with 2.1 million.

The CW and Telemundo tied for sixth in ratings, both with a 0.6/2. CW was sixth in total viewers with 1.7 million viewers, Telemundo was seventh with 1.5 million.

For CW, “Supergirl” at 8 got a 0.7/2 and 2.2 million viewers. At 9, “Jane The Virgin” received a 0.4/1 and 1.1 million viewers.
