Ratings: 24, Taken and Supergirl Rise

Fox’s 24: Legacy this Monday drew 3.2 million total viewers and a 0.9 rating (per finals), dropping a handful of eyeballs while rising a tenth in the demo from last week’s low. Leading out of that, APB (2.8 mil/0.6) dipped to new lows.

Over on NBC, The Voice (10.6 mil/2.4) was steady week-to-week and dominated the night in the demo. Taken (5 mil/1.0) ticked up.

Elsewhere….

ABC | Dancing With the Stars (11.1 mil/1.7) slipped 9 and 19 percent from its premiere. Bubble drama Quantico (3.2 mil/0.7) was flat.

THE CW | Supergirl (2.21 mil/0.7) rebounded 6 percent and a tenth from last week’s lows; Jane the Virgin (890K/0.3) was flat.

CBS | Leading out of reruns, the freshly renewed Superior Donuts (5.3 mil/1.1) ticked up from last week’s lows. A special Great Indoors (4.1 mil/1.0) was on par with last week’s 2 Broke Girls (but of course was well shy of its most recent Thursday, post-Bang episode).

Weak southwest monsoon rains last year failed to replenish depleted groundwater causing shortages.This forced residents to ration water use and pay a much higher price.Water rates at her apartment have gone up by almost four times from about $8.40 per month to more than $27. "Water is expensive as it gets. It is something like we fight for, cause I remember, two days back, this building and the next building had a war over one tank. Because there was only one tank available, and we both wanted it, so basically they paid more and they got it."
