Rachel Peters announces first pregnancy
19 May – Former Miss Universe Philippines Rachel Peters recently announced that she is now pregnant with her first child.
The Filipino-British model shared the good news on social media with a bikini photo to show off her baby bump - revealing that she has just entered her second trimester.
"18 weeks of growing and loving you. You're a dream come true, our little chickpea," wrote Peters.
The announcement was met with lots of congratulatory remarks from fellow celebrity friends and pageant pals, including Pia Wurtzbach, Megan Young, Samantha Bernardo and Coleen Garcia - the latter who posted, "OMG, so happy for you!"
Peters, who won the Miss Philippines crown in 2017, is currently engaged to Camarines Sur Governor, Migz Villafuerte.
