Puteri Sarah Liyana irked by Kazar's "no big deal" statement
1 Nov – Puteri Sarah Liyana scoffs at Kazar's latest statement regarding the issue concerning his daughter Ira's alleged relationship with Sarah's estranged husband Syamsul Yusof.
On 30 October, the actress screenshot a headline that read, "Make peace if you can, it's not such a big problem", alleged to be the words uttered by the veteran actor. She then captioned it, "Not such a big problem to destroy people's marriage. Discuss."
Her caption brought many netizens to the comments section, mostly to bash Kazar (real name Kazaruddin Saisi) for the statement and accusing the actor of supporting his daughter's behaviour.
In his previous statement, Kazar expressed hope that all parties involved will make peace with each other, after his daughter Ira was accused of being the third party in Sarah and Syamsul's marriage.
He also called for netizens to play nice, though declined to make comments on the two reports that have been filed against Ira by Sarah to the Selangor Islamic Council.
As for Ira, Kazar said, "She is fine. Us as a family will support her."
