Poon Ka Tak unsure of next plan after leaving TVB
27 Mar – TVB producer Poon Ka Tak recently revealed that he is yet to make a decision on his next project, following reports that he is leaving the company after completing his new drama, "Good Days".
As reported on Mingpao, the producer, who spoke to the media at the promotional event of the drama "Threesome", which he also produced, was asked if the aforementioned drama will be his last project before his departure.
"I will work on the drama first. As to my departure, I don't know. But it is necessary to complete the work at hand," he said.
Poon admitted that he has been receiving a lot of offers to produce projects from other companies, though added, "I have yet to make a decision."
Poon, who has been a TVB producer since the 1980s, has produced many of its hit TV series, including "Detective Investigation Files", "Triumph in the Skies", and "The Hippocratic Crush".
His latest drama, "Threesome" has also been positively reviewed by the audiences, with many praising lead actress Mandy Wong for her performance.
On the other hand, "Good Days", which is currently in production, stars Ben Wong, Alice Chan, Max Cheung, and Stephanie Che.
