Police directs drug investigation towards G-Dragon

27 Oct - The police is now moving ahead with an official drug investigation against G-Dragon.

The news was announced by the Incheon Police Agency on 26 October, saying that the investigation into the Big Bang member is separate to the recent investigation into "Parasite" actor, Lee Sun-kyun.

G-Dragon, real name Kwon Ji-yong, was previously connected to another drug scandal in 2011 pertaining to marijuana use. However, his indictment was suspended after he confessed that he was unaware of the type of substance that he had accepted.

The police have declined to give further details on the case.
