Phoebe Huang and Christopher Downs are officially divorced
16 Aug - Phoebe Huang and Christopher Downs have finally been granted a divorce two years after it was filed.
As reported on Epoch Times, on 14 August, the Shilin District Court determined that the relationship between the couple had seriously broken down and it was difficult to expect them to continue their happy marriage from an objective perspective, so the divorce was granted.
However, it is noted that the case can still be appealed.
Phoebe had since expressed through her agent that she was pleased by the news, saying, "Thank you to the judge and thank you, everyone."
Phoebe and Christopher (known as Xia Keli in Taiwan) had been together for 16 years before their relationship took a sharp turn. They decided to file for divorce in July 2022.
