Philip Keung believes more chance to win Best Actor in the future

3 May – Despite failing to win Best Actor in his first nomination in the category at the Hong Kong Film Awards, Philip Keung is optimistic that he will get more chance to try again in the future.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who spoke to the media at an event in Tsim Sha Tsui recently, stated that he was not disappointed at all that he didn't win the accolade for his role in "Tracey", as his fellow co-stars did win in their respective category.

It is noted that both Kara Hui and Ben Yuen won the Best Supporting categories for their roles in the movie.

"It could be worse. The movie could have lose all the categories," he said.

Philip, who lost the award to "Still Human" star Anthony Wong, added confidently that he still has several more years to try and get a nomination again.

"Give me a little more time. I have several scripts currently in discussion right now. I will also be filming a new crime movie with Stephy Tang soon," he said.
