Pharrell Williams and David Grutman's Dreamy South Beach Hotel Opened Its Doors On April 8

For the team of talent behind South Beach, Miami's newly-opened The Goodtime Hotel, the hotel's April opening couldn't have come at a better time. Despite maneuvering through a pandemic, The Goodtime Hotel's designer, Ken Full revealed to Architectural Digest that the 266-room hotel is "finally coming to fruition at the perfect moment.” A collaboration between accomplished musician Pharrell Williams and nightlife entrepreneur David Grutman, The Goodtime Hotel promises just that thanks to an exclusive beach club, double pools and other lavish amenities.

And if you're in the market for a SoBe hotel that's heavy on the Old Miami aesthetics, look no further. The Goodtime Hotel is brimming with tropical murals and a myriad of coral and other pastel-forward colors.

“After talking with Pharrell and Ken, we all agreed on a throwback resort vibe, but made for today," David Grutman shared with AD. "You see this in the color choices…alongside the striped pastel tiling in the pools, the entryway downstairs with its tropical murals, the scalloped bar chairs, and other design details that are spread throughout the entire hotel.”

The Goodtime Hotel opened its doors on April 8 and is currently accepting reservations.
