Pedro Pascal Couldn't Get Into a Pedro Pascal Exhibit

Pedro Pascal was denied entry to a Pedro Pascal exhibit. Yes, you read that right. England's Rhodes Gallery had a gallery made in his honor—and the 48-year-old star of The Last of Us couldn’t make it past the front door. Before you start drumming up visions of big men in suits busting up the beloved actor, rest assured, the reality is even funnier than you imagined.

Picture this: Papa Pedro caught wind of the new exhibit. The show’s name? "ADHD Hyper Fixation And Why It Looks Like I Love Pedro Pascal." Naturally, The Mandalorian star had to check it out. He even brought his buddies, Russell Tovey and Robert Diament, who host the podcast Talk Art. But the trio must have forgotten to check the gallery’s hours, because when they arrived—bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, per my imagination—the exhibit was closed.

Instead of heading in as planned, Pascal and his friends took a photo outside of the exhibit. The trip wasn’t a total loss, though! From the looks of it, they were able to see some of the art, which was curated by Heidi Gentle Burell, through a large gallery window.

It didn’t take long for Burell to hear of their attempted visit. “It was absolutely nuts,” the artist told The Independent. “So many lovely people have messaged me in the last couple of days.” Though Burell said she’s “gutted” about missing the chance to meet Pascal, she’s excited that his visit increased interest in her art. “Hopefully it’ll elevate the conversation around neurodivergence,” she said. “I feel like I’m helping to create positive change.”

Pascal may have missed his chance to experience Burrell's show, but it's still open to visitors. The show will run until September 1, and anyone who'd like to see it is welcome to stop by—just remember to check the gallery's hours beforehand.
