Parkway Parade launches new F&B precinct with 14 new stores, including delights like boba ice cream & cheesy rabokki
If you live in Marine Parade, I have good news for you! Parkway Parade has launched its new F&B precinct on the first floor of the mall, with 14 new stores for you to shop and dine to your heart’s content.
The 26,000 sqf space that houses the new precinct used to be occupied by 2 stores, both of which have shifted to other parts of the mall. This new area features 12 F&B eateries and 2 lifestyle shops.
One of the new restaurants to dig into is Saboten + Tagosaku, a space which combines 2 well-known Japanese chain restaurants to present delicious okowa, a kind of glutinous rice dish, and tonkatsu.
The Akauo Okowa Set (S$20.50) is a must-try dish, combining Japanese red perch with chicken okowa and chestnut okowa. My personal favourite was the Cheese Tenderloin Katsu Set (S$22.50), a bento containing pounded tenderloin wrapped around 2 different kinds of cheese — the super crispy tenderloin and hot, oozy cheese were sublime!
To satisfy our Korean cravings, we hopped over to Parkway Parade’s new dal.komm COFFEE & COFFEE BAR, where we were treated to the most delectable Rabokki (S$15.90), containing ultra cheesy Korean tteokbokki and ramyun within Gochujang sauce.
Grapefruit lovers will enjoy the Honey Grapefruit (S$9.50), dal.komm’s signature beverage topped with a whole fresh grapefruit and drizzled with a special Korean honey blend. How about a lovely Strawberry Bingsu (S$18.90), topped generously with fresh strawberries, to cool down?
Parkway Parade has also opened Paradise Classic within the F&B precinct, bringing its comforting Chinese dishes to the mall. Dig into dishes like the Braised Big Prawn Hor Fun with Prawn Broth (S$12.90 for regular, S$20.90 for large) and Hot Plate Tofu with Pre-served ‘Cai Xin‘ and Minced Pork (S$13.90) to nourish yourself, or opt for one of Singapore’s best Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork (S$14.90).
For a quick snack, drop by one of the many takeaway kiosks at Parkway Parade’s new F&B precinct. Enjoy a sweet treat with KOI Thé’s Macarons (S$3.80 per piece, S$19 for 5 pieces), or snack on some Crispy Oyi-Shi Mushrooms (S$5.90) from Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks, which are only available at 5 of their outlets islandwide, including Parkway Parade.
Bubble tea fans, Ai-CHA is here to satisfy your cravings! The Parkway Parade outlet marks the brand’s 2nd store in Singapore, with soft serves topped with tapioca balls and an assortment of refreshing milk and tea-based drinks.
With all its new F&B additions, Parkway Parade is the perfect mall to stop by for a meal when in the East!
