Pal Sinn roots for Fred Cheng
23 Jul – Crowd favourite Fred Cheng has managed to score the highest points in the 4th episode of TVB's "The Voice Of Stars".
As reported on HK News, the actor, who performed "If I Fell" with singer-actor Pal Sinn for the episode's "Assistance" theme, received the judges' commendations and was safe from elimination.
On a tele-interview recently, Pal commented, "I think Fred was nervous during our performance. Maybe that is because he had to play the guitar as well."
The actor, however, praised Fred for his effort and said, "I do support him. He's a good singer and a good boy. I hope he will learn to adjust to the rhythm."
Meanwhile, Lily Ho was nearly booted out for her mistakes while singing "Selection" with her guest star, Pierre Ngo. However, judge Edmond Chow gave her a second chance, which Lily used it well and gave a smooth performance.
Another noteworthy performance was Grace Wong and Corinna Chamberlain, who wowed the audience with the song "Amazing Grace".
