Packer Gives the Iconic Adidas Forum Low a Color Update for the Spring

With the spring finally here, renowned sneaker boutique retailer Packer has once again teamed up with frequent collaboration partner Adidas Originals, this time on a range of Forum Lows.

The New Jersey-based store gave the iconic silhouette a facelift for the season, which will arrive on Friday exclusively through Packer, both in stores and online. The collection will include the Adidas Forum Low shoes in three new seasonal colors: “Cocoa,” “Pale Blue” and “Lilac.” Each pair in the collection was created with premium leathers that are complemented by suede accents and mesh underlays. Also, all three shoes in the collection will include co-branded and color-coordinated Packer x Adidas insoles.

What’s more, Packer visited the Union Square Greenmarket, one of the oldest green markets in New York City, to shoot a campaign showcasing the collaboration. Photographed by Atsushi Nishijima and styled by Michael Baquerizo, Packer said via statement that it chose this location because “the Forum Low and Union Square Greenmarket uniquely share a timeless relevance that is layered with authentic and original style.”

The Adidas Forum, once a court-ready basketball shoe, first hit the market in 1984 and has been continuously reinvented ever since.
