Oscar Leung welcomes daughter
31 Jan - Hong Kong actor Oscar Leung and wife Tina have recently welcomed their first daughter, which they named Karina.
As reported on Mingpao News, the actor's wife gave birth to a healthy baby girl on 27 January as people begin to busy themselves preparing for the Lunar New Year celebration.
The actor first announced the good news on 29 January with a photo of his baby's hand, saying, "Happy Lunar New Year! It's a big one, and we very much treasure and are very thankful for the gift! I wish you all a good health! Thank you so much for all the blessings!"
Oscar, who has been seen traveling to and fro the hospital, was all smiles as he greeted the media with diapers and milk powder in his hands recently.
When asked about the baby's looks, he enthused, "She looks just like her mother, and a little bit like me. But she has my lips, so I think she may have my smile."
As for Karina's Chinese name, Oscar stated that they have yet to pick a name and would be consulting a Master to choose a good name for her.
