NY Giants Quarterback Tyrod Taylor Rocked a Steely Patek Philippe Nautilus on the Red Carpet

There were some truly heavenly suits, dresses, and accessories at the 25th Angel Ball.

The annual fundraising event of Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation, which took place at Cipriani Wall Street in New York on Monday evening, saw an array of impeccably dressed A-listers take to the red carpet in some of our favorite labels. New York Giants star Tyrod Taylor was a clear standout, though.

The Super Bowl champ wore a wool-blend Zegna suit from the house’s Fall/Winter 2023 collection. He wore the elegant black ensemble over a crisp white shirt, eschewing the traditional tie in favor of an eye-catching necklace that peeped out from under the collar. He topped off the refined look with diamond earrings, stacked bracelets, and a Patek Philippe Nautilus, no less.

Taylor’s chronograph, Ref. 5980/1A-001, is crafted from sleek stainless steel and features a blue sunburst dial with black gradation. The face sports horizontal grooves on the face—a signature of the Nautilus series—as well as a day date window at 3 o’clock and a 12-hour mono counter at 6. To top it off, the automatic movement (Caliber CH 28‑520 C) and its 21-karat gold rotor can be spotted via the open caseback. You can get a similar pre-owned model for $118,000 on Chrono24.

Taylor wasn’t the only big name at the ball, of course. Talk show host Tamron Hall emceed the black-tie event, while Mary J. Blige and record producer Jermaine Dupri performed on stage. The ball also honored hospitality entrepreneur Richie Akiva, Elizabeth Elting of The Elizabeth Elting Foundation, and Mielle Rodriguez of Mielle Organics for their significant humanitarian and philanthropic contributions in support of cancer research.

If you’re looking to join in on the festivities next year, visit the Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation website for more details. Tickets typically range from $1,750 to $100,000.
