Nurul Shuhada apologises for comment about Puteri Sarah Liyana
12 Jan - Social media personality Nurul Shuhada Mat Shukri is saying sorry to Puteri Sarah Liyana, after accidentally sparking speculations that the actress will soon remarry.
The businesswoman, who is also the former wife of actor Hafidz Roshdi, stated in an Instagram Story that she didn't mean for her previous words to seem like she was hinting on the actress' relationship status, stressing that it was just a misunderstanding.
"My comment was just to express my happiness for everybody that I respect and look up to, and has nothing to do with marriage. I didn't expect it to be twisted to that extent," she posted.
"I am a fan of Farah and Sarah first and foremost, and I was not trying to steal the spotlight or create headlines for the media. I have already apologised personally to Sarah and right here right now, I will openly apologise again..." she added.
Earlier, Shuhada caused many to speculate about Puteri Sarah's relationship with her business partner Andi Arsyil after she posted a comment (to a post on Farah Lee's wedding) saying that she would be the only single lady around as Puteri Sarah would be next.
Puteri Sarah had since revealed to the media that the statement made her uncomfortable.
