Nora Aunor more selective of projects

17 Feb – Nora Aunor recently admitted that she is now more selective of her acting projects rather than accepting everything that comes her way.

As reported on Inquirer, the award-winning thespian, who spoke to the media at the press conference of her new series, "Bilangin ang Bituin sa Langit", revealed recently that she would rather make fewer movies that are sure to leave a mark in the audiences' heart.

"And if you have previously done movies worthy of being screened in festivals in other countries, then all the more you have to be selective," she added.

Aside from her new soap, Aunor is also set to star in the upcoming Arlyn dela Cruz movie "Ninang Corazon", as well as "Isa Pang Bahaghari", directed by Joel Lamangan.

As for "Bilangin", which co-stars Kyline Alcantara, the actress said that she is excited to return to television with the said series, after previously starring in the film version which enabled her to win Best Actress at the FAMAS and Gawad Urian in 1990.
