Nina Paw gets to work with Gong Yoo, Park Bo-gum in "Wonderland"
18 Sep – Nina Paw (Paw Hee Ching) recently admitted that she enjoyed the experience of working on her first Korean movie, the Kim Tae-yong film, "Wonderland".
As reported on Mingpao, the veteran actress who spoke about the experience at the premiere of the new movie, "I'm Livin' It", stated that aside from the opportunity of working with Kim's wife and top Chinese star Tang Wei as her mother, she was able to cooperate with Korean heartthrobs Park Bo-gum and Gong Liu.
"Although I only have one scene with them, I was really mesmerised by them," she said with a laugh.
As to whether it was tough filming a Korean movie, Nina said, "In the film, I play a Chinese woman, so I mostly spoke Mandarin. But there were also some Korean and English lines. The director was very kind," she said.
As to whether she had to be quarantined when she went to Korea to do the movie, Nina stated that she stayed in Tang Wei's home.
"I really enjoyed the experience. They have comfortable working hours, and they have a food truck with dozen types of kimchi," she enthused.
